We are trialling flat rate postage costs and free delivery for orders over £39 - use code SHOPSMALL. International orders can still receive the same £3.99 discount from your order.
Since Covid19 we are trading solely online. To make postage more affordable we now ship postbox sized items First Class and parcels Second Class - posted the same or next day with Royal Mail.
For international orders, (we're grateful you've stumbled upon our website!) we use standard delivery which is estimated to arrive in 6-10 working days after postage (The following day to ordering). This doesn't include tracking unfortunately. Please be aware that depending on your destination you may need to pay additional customs fees on delivery.
We can not take responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly. Please make sure the postal address is correct at the time of ordering.
To collect any item for free from Make It 11 use choose the collect option. We'll give you an email when your order is ready (please give 1-2 days notice) and work a time that is best for you to collect your order.
We accept Paypal and card payments handled by Stripe.
Refunds & Returns:
If you are unhappy with any of your purchases within 14 days, just give us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org making a note of your order number, your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the reason why. Please note, refunds and exchanges are issued for faulty items returned to us within 14 days and we’re unable to issue any request if you have not emailed us first. Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with our returns address and further instructions.
Returned items must be unused and be in the original packaging. We will only refund the original shipping charge if the return is made within 7 days of you receiving the order and can not cover the cost to post back to us if the item is unwanted.
